Design & Atmosphere

The suite was upgraded in 2025 in collaboration with interior architects Gathe+Gram, resulting in a modern-classic aesthetic defined by light materials and carefully considered details. An Arabescato marble fireplace mantel, classic Versailles parquet flooring, and custom-designed furniture create a harmonious and balanced interior. A sculptural bar with integrated facilities adds a practical yet discreet element to the living space.

Comfort

The suite features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (210 × 210 cm) and an adjacent walk-in wardrobe offering ample storage. The main bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, a generous walk-in shower, and an elegant double vanity. An additional guest restroom is conveniently located near the entrance.

Art Collection

Art is an integral part of the Grand Royal Suite experience. The suite features photographic works by Nick Brandt, sculptures by Kari Lena Flaaten, and artworks by Paula Rego and Elisabeth Werp. Together, these pieces add depth and character, creating a cultural dimension that enriches every stay..

Additional Space & Flexibility

At 160 sqm, the Grand Royal Suite can be expanded with a connected Superior Room (23 sqm), offering a two-bedroom solution and added flexibility for guests seeking enhanced comfort.

For those desiring an even more expansive experience, the suite may be combined with the Grand Penthouse Terrace Suite (140 sqm). Together, they form a private residence encompassing the entire eighth floor, with 338 sqm of exclusive interior space, including a 15 sqm corridor and a staff kitchen. This option also includes access to the Penthouse Suite’s private rooftop terrace of approximately 290 sqm – one of Oslo’s most distinctive viewpoints.
