Eiendomsspar AS has entered into an agreement with Beth’s Beauty for the operation of the spa. The investment forms part of the continued development of the hotel and its overall guest offering.

Grand Spa will span approximately 450 square metres and will feature a pool area, treatment rooms, lounge spaces, a mezzanine level, and outdoor terraces.

– Grand Hotel should be a benchmark for quality in Oslo. That also applies to wellness. With Grand Spa, we are creating an offering that matches the rest of the hotel experience and is relevant for both hotel guests and the local market, says Toril Flåskjer, Hotel Director at Grand Hotel Oslo.

The existing spa will close for refurbishment on 27 July 2026.

– Our ambition is to create the finest spa in Oslo. That is what we are building towards. Grand Hotel holds a unique position in the market, and this investment will help strengthen that position even further. Beth’s Beauty represents the gold standard in the industry, says Christian Ringnes, owner of Eiendomsspar.

Beth’s Beauty will be responsible for the operation and development of Grand Spa.

– We aim to deliver a spa experience defined by professional excellence and a clear concept. Together with Grand Hotel, we are developing a product that will succeed both commercially and experientially, says Elisabeth Lein Oksvik, founder and owner of Beth’s Beauty.

Grand Spa will open on 1 December 2026. Further details about the spa and its offerings will be announced ahead of the opening.
